About Enterprise Europe Network 2019

The Enterprise Europe Network is the world's largest support network for SMEs with international ambitions. It brings together around 600 business support organisations from more than 60 countries. They offer small businesses advice and hands-on support to nurture their international ambitions, find business partners and access funding and finance. Its innovation services are specifically designed to help SMEs take innovative ideas to commercial success in international markets.

The Network was launched by the European Commission in 2008. Since then it has helped 3 million SMEs innovate and grow internationally. Over the past two years alone, it has provided information and training to over 300,000 SMEs across Europe and advised 100,000 SMEs on their international growth. In the same period more than 45,000 SMEs participated in brokerage events organised by the Network and over 6,300 SMEs benefitted from tailored innovation support packages.
